Just me, you and your birth partner. A course tailored entirely to you and your pregnancy and birth.
Service Description
A four week course delivered in the privacy of your own home with all the content, advice and support personalised to your pregnancy, labour and birth preferences. This course includes your copy of The Calm Birth Method book, a personalised padlet with all the course materials and my support from when we start until baby is born. This course is great for second time (or more) parents - no babysitter required! Anyone who works shifts, people who need more flexibility or those who are not comfortable in a group environment. My 1-2-1 courses are very intimate and we can really dig deep into your labour and birth experience and any medical considerations.
