Already had a hypnobirth but its been a while and you need a refresher? These courses are just for those who have previously practised hypnobirthing. This is delivered as a 1-2-1 as it is fully personalised to your requirements. This could have been a different method of hypnobirthing. I teach The Calm Birth School method. Either way, this course will help you get back in the mindset for a calm and confident birth with hypnobirthing. Price and course length will depend on your experience.
