What is a Caesarean hypnobirthing course?

This course is specifically designed for people having an elective or planned c-section, or people who are wanting to be prepared in case their spontaneous or induced labour ends with a c-section. This is a two hour, online session designed to cover all the basics of hypnobirthing including birth partner role, c-section birth preferences, gentle c-sections and c-section birth videos.

Having experienced a c-section birth myself I understand how it feels to be where you are. On this course we don't just cover the actual birth, we think about after birth and how we manage the recovery too.
